The loss of a loved one can be confusing and overwhelming. You may find yourself surprised by the feelings that surface in the days, weeks, and even the months following this loss. These feelings can sneak up on you, even if you’ve had some distance from the time of the loss.
As you move forward with your life while continuing to remember your loved one, we want you to know that your faith community at Middletown Christian Church loves you. We are here to support you and listen to the feeling you may be experiencing.

The Stephen Ministry Program of Middletown Christian Church invites you to become part of the Exploring Grief Discussion Group which will be held each Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm beginning February 5th through March 12th. This six-week group will be led by Stephen Ministers John Carolan, and Sarah Paris. We hope you will consider joining us for the opportunity to share with others who have experienced a loss, explore feelings, learn about the process of grief, and learn some coping strategies to help you move forward.
