The Stephen Ministry Program of Middletown Christian Church invites you to become part of the Exploring Grief Discussion Group, which will be held each Wednesday evening from 6-7:30 p.m. beginning September 3 through October 1 in Room 125.

This five-week group will be led by Stephen Ministers Sarah Paris and Kay Aldridge.

The loss of a loved one can be confusing and overwhelming. You may find yourself surprised by the feelings that surface in the days, weeks, and even months following this loss. These feelings can sneak up on you, even if you’ve had some distance from the time of the loss.

As you move forward with your life while continuing to remember your loved one, we want you to know that your faith community at Middletown Christian Church loves you. We are here to support you and listen to the feelings you may be experiencing.
