On June 17^th our partner organization Catholic Charities of Louisville will be joining with the other two resettlement agencies in Louisville to celebrate World Refugee Day. World Refugee Day is an international event celebrating and supporting those that have been forced to flee their homes and start over. This event in Louisville is to remind all of our refugees in our city that they are loved and welcomed here.

This year, this event will not be open to the public because of ongoing safety issues. However, they could still use a little support. On Sunday June 15th we will be collecting desserts to provide for the event. If you are a great cook or just want to bring something premade, all desserts are welcome. If you do not think your dessert will keep, you are also free to drop it off on Monday, June 16th.
