Seasonal Small Groups

ON SUMMER BREAK

This group is for adults in their 20s and 30s.

Come have a cup of coffee and join us as we discuss everything from the weekly sermons here at Middletown to music, faith, life, and more. Our desire is to grow in faith and community and to do life together. Sound awesome? You bet it does.

This group is for adults of all ages who interested in the intersection of faith and justice issues.

ON SUMMER BREAK

The Peach Cobbler Factory: 805 Blankenbaker Pkwy, Middletown, KY 40243

This is a group for parents of children elementary age and younger. We will grow together and learn how to cultivate faith in our selves and our families. Life with littles is messy, hard, complicated, and so much FUN! We will talk through it all.

We will discuss the sermon series.

This is a group for anyone interested in the intersection of faith and LGBTQ+ inclusion. Through discussions, guest speakers, and volunteering, we will learn how to better support the LGBTQ+ community in our church and beyond.

This a group for anyone who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community or is questioning. This is a safe space for LGBTQ+ Christians to explore faith, life, and find community together.

This is a group for adults of all ages who are interested in exploring Christian faith and life from different perspectives.

Sunday Morning & Evening Small Groups

The Challengers focus on a variety of topics, particularly related to faith and social justice. We study books and currently have 4 people rotating teaching on a weekly basis. We do not have a regular service project but frequently support Volunteers of America, Choose Well, and EACM. We are always open to areas that individuals are interested in.

Contagious Christians are group of singles and couples who focus on bible study based discussion, fellowship, and serving in the community.

New Covenant is a group of couples and singles who have discussions about real life application of the bible based on current books, literature, or hot topics.

The Pathfinders are a group of couples who focus on fellowship and bible or book studies.

The Seekers are group of singles and couples in their 60s+ who gather weekly for fellowship, bible study, and prayer. We also focus on local services opportunities.

We are a small group open to all ages and life paths, and we value having a close relationship and supporting each other. We alternate between discussing the sermon and bible studies.

Christians Gone Wild is sermon-based discussion group with a heart for serving together and supporting one another through life’s ups and downs.

Sisters in Christ is a women’s evening bible study that meets during the school calendar year. We welcome new members and tend to do studies with DVDs and are known to share a meal together and a yearly service project.

The Women’s Prayer Group is a group for women of all ages that gathers weekly for prayer, food, and fellowship.
