Grief is a reaction to loss that often makes everyone feel out of control.  The Covid-19 pandemic has prolonged grief in many ways by not allowing that closure to see a loved one and say goodbye, which often makes the loss seem unreal. As you move forward with your life while continuing to remember your loved one, we want you to know that your faith community, Middletown Christian Church, loves you. We are here to support you and listen to the feelings you may be experiencing.

We want to invite you to become part of the Grief Care Workshop, which will be held 6:30 p.m. each Monday evening beginning October 4 through November 22 in Room 117. We hope you will consider joining us we explore your feelings together, learn about the process of grief, and learn coping strategies to help you move forward.
