The Role: The Worship Director/Minister is responsible for the vision to create relevant, meaningful worship experiences and leadership of music staff and volunteers. The role requires demonstrated experience in worship leadership, a commitment to musical excellence, and a passion for drawing people to Christ.

The person in this position is responsible for the vision to create relevant, meaningful worship experiences (including weekend worship and special events). Responsibilities include worship planning and coordination; management oversight of all music ministries, including choirs and ensembles, praise bands; and oversight for worship support teams and other creative ministries.
This is a full time position with benefits, estimated 40+ hours per week.
