Director of Outreach (Full-time with benefits, 40 hrs/wk)
This position is charged with overseeing and implementing the Outreach vision of Middletown
Christian Church.
Job responsibilities will include identifying and coordinating all outreach ministries in our community and beyond; developing educational programs to provide social, economic, and theological context for outreach ministries; working with a volunteer outreach team to plan and prioritize outreach opportunities and allocate budgeted funds appropriately; participate in weekly worship services; work with church staff as needed to coordinate and communicate upcoming outreach projects.
