Middletown Christian Church is hiring a Director of Finance and Operations (Full time w/benefits).

The Director of Finance and Operations will provide efficient administration and leadership in the areas of finance, facilities, site development, human resources, information technology, safety/risk management and regulatory compliance. The Director of Operations and Finance oversees and/or provides support to the following: Board of Directors, Budget and Finance Team, Financial Counting Teams, Generosity Team, the Endowment Team, the Personnel Team, and the Property Team—as well as short-term groups as needed. The Director of Operations and Finance supervises the Financial Assistant and Facilities & Grounds Manager, and helps coordinate the shared activities of the office, maintenance, and/or custodial staff.
